Ride south then east along the Grand Union Canal towpath, turn north east along the Paddington Arm to the Yummy PL (Polish Cafe) for lunch. Then roads – some quite busy, others residential – to a circuit around Wembley Stadium, and quiet roads back to Rickmansworth
Pace will be slow – perhaps 9 or 10 mph, but the towpath can be challenging with gravel path, low hanging branches, pedestrians, dog walkers and narrow sections
