This is a Spokes Members only ride. Train to Basingstoke via Clapham. Ride to Winchester, few hours exploring Winchester. Return by train, estimate Watford by 9.30pm. Return fare with railcard/Group Saver about £35. 1770 ft of climbing includes a couple of challenging climbs. Two dates for this ride to enable 12 Members to take part with minimal train logistics, please do not book both dates.

Cycle on lanes & good tracks though Belsize & Hemel Old Town to Redbourn for refreshments. Return on the Nicky Line & Bedmond.

This is a Spokes members only ride. 

Alternative Starting Point: 9.10 am. Gerrrards Cross Railway Station entrance, Station Approach, Packhorse Road, Gerrard’s Cross SL9 8PP. Email chair@spokesgroup.org.uk if joining the ride there. (43 Miles GX to Oxford). 

Ride out via Princes Risborough and the Pheonix Trail. About 4 hours in Oxford return to GX by train then optional led ride to Watford. May have to split between trains, arriving GX between 8.30pm and 9.30pm. Spokes Members Only on this Ride.
