Cycle Baker St to Victoria Station. Train to Polegate

Then 7-mile Slow ride to Eastbourne, mainly on the Cuckoo Trail. All good surfaces. About 4 hours in Eastbourne, Return Slow ride to Polegate

Baker Street by 19:30 hopefully. Bike Locks needed. Lights needed for ride home from station. As we will be back late

Options of Slow, Easy, Medium pace and Challenging Rides out from Eastbourne (up to 19 miles) leaving up to 2 hours free in Eastbourne
