  • East of England Local Government Association. On 1 April 2010 the East of England Local Government Association was launched to replace the East of England Regional Assembly from where the requirement to build 90,000 houses in Hertfordshire countryside comes from under the East of England Plan. For details of it’s membership, see their website. The Leaders’ Board consists of the 52 Leaders and elected Mayors. They will carry forward the review of the East of England Plan started last year.
