Alan is offering two additional Spokes Social Rides. The first leaves at 10:00 am for a St Albans loop from Gandhi Court car park off Raphael Drive WD24 4GX. This ride is part road and part track heading towards St Albans Verulamium Park stopping for refreshments before heading back to Watford. Suitable for all bike types (but perhaps not skinny tyres) this is a Spokes slow pace 18-mile ride.
Prefer an afternoon ride or want a longer ride? If so Alan is leading a second ride on the same day starting from the front of Watford Junction Station, Station Road, Watford WD17 1EU. Leaving at 2.00 pm for an Elstree Aerodrome Loop you will head towards Aldenham and Elstree Aerodrome then return. Refreshment and socialise back at the Junction.
This is a Spokes slow pace 12-mile ride. It does include some tracks, suitable for any bike except perhaps skinny tyres.
