One of Roger's regular morning rides along the Chiltern Lanes. NB: Amendment to original posting. If there is opportunity Roger will take advantage of a take away café stop for a socially distanced snack and chat. If you prefer, bring your own refreshments.
A 19 Mile Spokes Medium pace ride suitable for any bike.
COIVID 19 Precautions.
Follow all government advice. In particular aim to be self sufficient on the ride, ensuring you have all you need including a spare inner tube, pump, essential tools and drink for the ride. Strictly observe the 2 metre rule, bring and use hand sanitizer. Use handkerchief, tissue or crook of your elbow for coughs, sneezes etc. A face covering is optional. Do not join us if you suspect or know you have Covid 19 symptoms.
