Ride via Two Bridges and the Ebury Way to the Aquadrome then the canal tow path to Springwell Lake, cycle path to Mill End, Springwell Lane to Aquadrome Cafe for refreshment, returning via the Ebury Way to the cycle hub then back to Baldwins Lane.
