Out via Two Bridges and Ebury Way to the Aquadrome then the canal towpath to Springwell lake, cycle path to Mill End, Springwell lane to Aquadrome Cafe, return via the Ebury Way to Two Bridges.
A 12 Miles Spokes Slow pace ride suitable for any bike.
