Ride out via Two Bridges and Ebury Way to the Aquadrome then the canal tow path to Springwell lake, cycle path to Mill End, Springwell lane to Aquadrome Cafe, return via the Ebury Way and the cycle hub.
A 10 Mile SPOKES Slow pace ride suitable for any Bike.
COVID 19 Precautions.
Follow all government advice. In particular, please ensure you have all you need for the ride including a spare inner tube, pump and essential tools. Aim to be self-sufficient in repairing your bike in the event of punctures etc. Bring a drink for the ride and, if you wish, a snack for the socially distanced refreshment break. Strictly observe the 1-metre rule (not face to face) on the ride, bring and use hand sanitizer. On the ride use handkerchief, tissue or crook of your elbow for coughs, sneezes etc. Do not join us if you suspect or know you have Covid 19 symptoms.
Refreshment Breaks outdoor, socially distanced and dependent upon weather and café availability. A face covering is required for café stops.
