Ride out with via Two Bridges and Ebury Way to the Aquadrome then the canal towpath to Springwell Lake, cycle path to Mill End and Springwell Lane to Aquadrome Café for take-out or bring your own picnic, return via the Ebury Way. Mostly off road.
A 12 mile SPOKES Slow pace ride suitable for any Bike.
COVID 19 Precautions.
Follow all government advice. In particular, please ensure you have all you need for the ride including a spare inner tube, pump and essential tools. Aim to be self-sufficient in repairing your bike in the event of punctures etc. Bring a drink for the ride and, if you wish, a snack for the socially distanced refreshment break. Strictly observe the 1-metre rule (not face to face) on the ride, bring and use hand sanitizer. On the ride use handkerchief, tissue or crook of your elbow for coughs, sneezes etc. A face covering is optional. Do not join us if you suspect or know you have Covid 19 symptoms.
