Pre Booked SPOKES Members (limit 6 including Leader) please join John ready to start at 10.00 a.m.
We will ride out via Two Bridges and Ebury Way to the Aquadrome then the canal tow path to Springwell lake, cycle path to Mill End, Springwell lane to Aquadrome Cafe, return via the Ebury Way. The route may vary as John is investigating variations to add interest and towpath closures may affect the route. Refreshment (picnic) stop with socially distanced chat.
A 10 Mile, SPOKES Slow pace ride suitable for any bike.
COIVID 19 Precautions.
Follow all government advice. In particular please ensure you have all you need for the ride including a spare inner tube, pump and essential tools, drink for the ride and a snack for the refreshment stop. Aim to be self sufficient in the event of a puncture or need for Bike repair. Strictly observe the 2 metre rule, bring and use hand sanitizer. Use handkerchief, tissue or crook of your elbow for coughs, sneezes etc. A face covering is optional. Do not join us if you suspect or know you have Covid 19 symptoms.
