We ride out skirting Bovingdon, to Studham and Kensworth, back via Markyate and Flamsted for refreshment at Redbourn Cycle Hub. Return to Watford via St Albans (Gorhambury Estate if open) and Bricket Wood. 2183 feet of climbing with challenging hills. Mainly on road apart from Cassiobury Park and Gorhambury Estate.
