A slightly more challenging ride on tracks, trails, towpaths and lanes to Harefield, Chalfont St. Peter, Heronsgate and back. To be lead at just under 12mph and with approximately 50% off road, this will test you. Bring lights but anticipate being back before dark. To give you an idea of the ride, see https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/773020387. Do note however, the garmin route starts from Pinner, so from Watford Cycle Hub it will be shorter.
You may wish to wear long trousers for this, as the nettles may be encroaching on the tracks by now.
