Open to all those Members who lead rides for us and any Member wishing to find out more about Ride Leading with SPOKES, or simply wishing to contribute ideas.
The café will open for us with tea and cake available to purchase. If you prefer a snack the Hub will, if they know in advance, get in some Pizza's, Kate is also open to ideas, if you would like a snack other than the Hubs' normal Pizza type tell me, Kate is very willing (short of a cordon bleu feast!) to give it a go. If you wish to have a snack, please inform me, by email to rides@spokesgroup.org.uk , and let me know of any dietary requirements, vegetarian, gluten free etc. Preferably, let me know if you intend to come to the meeting in any event so we can better estimate numbers.
There an optional led bike ride first, using SPOKES Rides For All Ride 025 (025 Oxhey and Moor Park - A bike ride in Watford, England (ridewithgps.com)). A 10-mile slow to medium pace ride with one challenging hill (Potter Street). Leaving the Hub at 5.30 p.m.
