Join Peter to ride out via Stanmore and Burnt Oak to Hendon RAF Museum for refreshment and to view. Spending up to 2 hours there. Return via Burnt Oak and Wealdstone back streets. Hills minimised and fairly short. Museum entry free, with pay for extras available if wanted.
Great redevelopment at the Museum means there are two more hangers so 6 hangers plus café and restaurant. A very useful new feature is, free to use, lockers with plenty of room for bike bags and helmets. A pound coin is needed to operate the lockers but it is returned. Bike locks will be needed.
This is a 22 mile slow pace ride suitable for any bike. Low traffic roads as much as possible. Peter's contact details are in the Spokes Summer News Letter.
