Ride Cancelled due to Covid Tier 4 Restrictions
All on road, circular route. Out via Gaddesden Row to Redbourn, back through Flamstead to Gaddesden Row. Possible take away refreshment back at the hub if they are open or please bring with you any drink or food you may wish to consume on the ride. Depending on the weather we will seek a suitable place for an outdoor socially distanced refreshment break.

A 13 mile Spokes Slow pace ride suitable for any bike.
COVID 19 Precautions.
Follow all government advice. In particular, please ensure you have all you need for the ride including a spare inner tube, pump and essential tools. Aim to be self-sufficient in repairing your bike in the event of punctures etc. Strictly observe the 1-metre rule (not face to face) on the ride, bring and use hand sanitizer. On the ride use handkerchief, tissue or crook of your elbow for coughs, sneezes etc. A face covering is optional. Do not join us if you suspect or know you have Covid 19 symptoms.
