You still need to Pre Book (limit 4 including Leader) but the ride is now open to non members. Join Katherine ready for a 10.00 a.m. start.
Ride out via Gaddesden Row to Redbourn, return via Flamsted. The refreshment stop is in Flamstead village. There is a shop for cold drinks/snacks/ice cream or bring your own for our socially distanced break.

COIVID 19 Precautions.
Follow all government advice. In particular please ensure you have all you need to be self sufficient on the ride including a spare inner tube, pump, essential tools and drink for the ride. Strictly observe the 2 metre rule, bring and use hand sanitizer. Use handkerchief, tissue or crook of your elbow for coughs, sneezes etc. A face covering is optional. Do not join us if you suspect or know you have Covid 19 symptoms.
