Meet at Watford Rugby Club, Radlett Road  (free public car park nearby)

Pre Booked (on Lets Ride) SPOKES Members  join Chris ready to leave at 9.30 a.m.                     

We ride out through Bricket Wood, Potters Crouch, on to Hemel where we pick up the Redbourn Road. Back the direct way through St Albans, with an optional stop at the Redbournbury Water Mill, where bread is made and sold, P.S. allow some room to carry some back!   

Please bring with you any drink or food you may wish to consume on the ride.  Depending on the weather we will seek a suitable place for an outdoor socially distanced refreshment break.

A 28 mile Spokes Medium to Fast  pace ride suitable for any bike.

COVID 19 Precautions. 

Follow all government advice.  In particular, please ensure you have all you need for the ride including a spare inner tube, pump and essential tools.  Aim to be self-sufficient in repairing your bike in the event of punctures etc.  Strictly observe the 1-metre rule (not face to face) on the ride, bring and use hand sanitizer. On the ride use handkerchief, tissue or crook of your elbow for coughs, sneezes etc.  A face covering is optional.  Do not join us if you suspect or know you have Covid 19 symptoms.
