Enjoy this off-road route, out on Nickey Line and Upper Lea Valley Way to the edge of Luton. Coffee in Stockwood Park. Bike lock needed as bikes not allowed in cafe area. Back on lanes via Markyate and Gaddesden Row. One steep hill and other undulations! 900 feet climbing. A 21 miles SPOKES Slow-Medium pace ride. Any bike but not suitable for skinny tyres.
