Day out in London on multiple means of transport

Pre-booked (on Let’s Ride) Members and Non-members join Katherine (time to be confirmed)

With Katherine, by train to Euston, then hire Boris bikes to ride along the canal to Olympic Park and down to Limehouse. Bikes docked, then walk through Thames foot tunnel to Cutty Sark, Greenwich. Uber boat from Greenwich to Embankment Pier, tube back to Euston. Riders to bring their own helmets, gloves etc

Download the Santander cycles app and add your payment card details so it is ready to use on the day. Please be familiar and agree to the hire charges. £2 flat fee to access the system, then the first 30 mins is free, £2 per 30 minutes. Also bring a debit card in case app doesn't work. The terminals do not work with Apple Pay, you need a debit card

Day travel card / Oyster card needed. Boat trip extra, cheaper through Uber app

If you are not a SPOKES Member and still wish to join our rides, we do ask that you join the group after a maximum 3 rides. There is a modest subscription of £12 pa. Details on the ‘Join Spokes’ tab
