A mainly flat 10 mile ride along the canal towpath and some tracks and lanes

A slow and mainly flat 10 mile ride along the canal towpath leaving it to join an off-road track to Hunton Bridge. Then back onto the towpath to the Grove where we leave the canal for a edtour though the Grove and Whippendell Woods. Back to the canal for a final stretch along the towpath aback to the Cha Cafe. This is a slow paced ride so expect to average 8 mph.
