12th Night, and a visit to the RAF Museum, not to be missed! Ride out via Letchmore Heath, Borehamwood, Barnet Gate and Mill Hill to the museum for a look around and refreshment. About 3 hours in the museum. Return via Burnt Oak and Stanmore. 1122 feet climbing not too challenging. Bike racks outside the museum so locks needed. Secure spacious lockers inside for helmets etc. (£1 coin to operate, returned when leaving).
Lights probably needed to get home. If you wear cleated bike shoes you may benefit by taking a light pair of non cleated shoes for walking around the museum
