A 7 mile SPOKES Medium Pace Ride, suitable for any bike.

NB: A second ride on this route, led by Peter, will set off 5 minutes after this ride leaves. That will provide as much opportunity as possible for members to experience this route. If one ride is full please book on the alternative rather than joining the Lets Ride Waiting List. If some Members agree we will try to offer a social chat with members of both groups, and discussion of views on the route, with refreshment after the ride. Perhaps outside at the Red House Pub.
COVID 19 Precautions.
Follow all government advice. In particular, please ensure you have all you need for the ride including a spare inner tube, pump and essential tools. Aim to be self-sufficient in repairing your bike in the event of punctures etc. Bring a drink for the ride and, if you wish, a snack for the socially distanced refreshment break. Strictly observe the 2-metre rule on the ride, bring and use hand sanitizer. On the ride use handkerchief, tissue or crook of your elbow for coughs, sneezes etc. A face covering is optional. Do not join us if you suspect or know you have Covid 19 symptoms.
