Ride on towpath, quiet roads and cycle path. Out via canal path to Grove Mill Lane, Cassiobury Estate, back through Cassiobury Park, High Street and Waterfields Park. Then Colne Valley Cycle route to the new Tasty Bean Café in Oxhey Park for refreshment. Return via Croxley and canal towpath. This route incorporates the SPOKES proposed Watford Green Ring.
