Three Rivers District Council are sponsoring this event for Bike Week encouraging the community to get on their bikes. Spokes will lead a slow and gentle 6 mile ride from the Aquadrome to The Hub for all the family to join starting at 11.00am at the Cafe in the Park.
Also available as part of the Get Fit & Cycle Event will be Dr. Bike cycle check courtesy of Watford Cycle Hub.
