Ride out through Bricket Wood, Potters Crouch, Buncefield, Gaddesden Row, Studham, with a final climb to the Downs. This is mainly a flattish ride on country roads, apart from the last 1/4 mile. The Dunstable Downs National Trust visitor centre has a good cafe and a brilliant view of the Aylesbury Vale and gliding club below
