Pre Booked (on Lets Ride) SPOKES Members or non Members join Peter ready to leave at 10.00 a.m.
We ride out on the Colne Valley Cycle Route and Abbey Way to Greenwood Park, Chiswell Green. Socially distanced refreshment stop at the Lazy Llama Café and return by the same route. Some gentle climbs but nothing challenging. Quiet roads and well surfaced cycle ways.
11 Miles, Slow Pace ride, suitable for any bike. Up to 10 riders on the ride total.
COVID 19 Precautions.
Follow all government advice. In particular, please ensure you have all you need for the ride including a spare inner tube, pump and essential tools. Aim to be self-sufficient in repairing your bike in the event of punctures etc. Bring a drink for the ride and, if you wish, a snack for the socially distanced refreshment break. Strictly observe the 1-metre rule (not face to face) on the ride, bring and use hand sanitizer. On the ride use handkerchief, tissue or crook of your elbow for coughs, sneezes etc. A face covering is optional. Do not join us if you suspect or know you have Covid 19 symptoms.
