Ride along the Alban Way to Welwyn Garden City before returning through Ayot St Lawrence, Marshall Heath and Ayres End. No planned cafe stops but we can go to the Inn on The Park after the ride if desired.

David will lead Riders who wish it from Watford to the Abbey Station, approximately 6 miles each way. The meeting point for this is Hempstead Road WD17 4LY (in the service road running from Courtlands Drive) opposite Grove Mill Lane ready to leave at 8.45 a.m. If you wish to do this it is essential to let David know in advance by text or phone call (details in the Winter News Letter) or email rides@spokesgroup.org.uk.
