Starting at Waddesdon Manor, the short ride bypasses Aylesbury heads through Stoke Mandeville towards Tring then back through Wendover, Monks Risborough, Dinton and Nether Winchendon. For the longer rides, have a look at the ride website. They wear me out just thinking about them!
