Heading out down Oxhey Lane, Hatch End, North Harrow, through Rayners Lane, on to Greenford where we pick up the Grand Union Canal towpath (hard surfaced) for the remainder of the journey, which runs about 1/4 of a mile from the café, which is situated on the North Circular Road at Stonebridge Park, probably returning the same way but decide on the day.
A 28 Mile SPOKES Medium pace ride suitable for any bike.
