Ride a circular route to Stanborough Lakes, near Welwyn Garden City. Out via Gorhambury Estate, around St Albans then take the Alban Way, back through Sandridge, Bernards Heath and Potters Crouch. Refreshment, kiosk at the lakes, or BYO picnic.

COVID 19 Precautions.
Follow all government advice. In particular, please ensure you have all you need for the ride including a spare inner tube, pump and essential tools. Aim to be self-sufficient in repairing your bike in the event of punctures etc. Bring a drink for the ride and, if you wish, a snack for the socially distanced refreshment break. Strictly observe the 1-metre rule (not face to face) on the ride, bring and use hand sanitizer. On the ride use handkerchief, tissue or crook of your elbow for coughs, sneezes etc. Do not join us if you suspect or know you have Covid 19 symptoms.
Refreshment Breaks outdoor, dependent upon weather and café availability. A face covering is required for café stops.
