This Ride Starts in Tier 3 so only Riders who live in the South Herts Tier 3 area are permitted to join this ride.

Roads and Cycle ways, all good surfaces. Cycle on part of the SPOKES proposed Watford Green Ring then to St Albans via Bricket Wood. Cycle the St Albans Green Ring. Please bring with you any drink or food you may wish to consume on the ride. Depending on the weather we will seek a suitable place for an outdoor socially distanced refreshment break, probably in Verulamium Park. Return via Bricket Wood and rest of the Watford Green Ring.

A 31 mile Spokes Medium pace ride suitable for any bike.
COVID 19 Precautions.
Follow all government advice. In particular, please ensure you have all you need for the ride including a spare inner tube, pump and essential tools. Aim to be self-sufficient in repairing your bike in the event of punctures etc. Strictly observe the 1-metre rule (not face to face) on the ride, bring and use hand sanitizer. On the ride use handkerchief, tissue or crook of your elbow for coughs, sneezes etc. A face covering is optional. Do not join us if you suspect or know you have Covid 19 symptoms.
