Via the Ashridge climb to Flamstead and back to Dacorum Hub.

NOTE: The route has been reversed because of refurbishment work at the Spotted Dog. So now more of an Ashridge Descent! We'll stop at the Frithsden Vineyard for refreshments.
Head across the valley to Frithsden with Brian and then climb up past Ashridge and onto Dagnell before returning via Flamstead where we stop for refreshments at the coffee dog. 25 miles at medium pace, all on road and suitable for any bike.
