Hire bikes and ride along the Regents canal to the Olympic Park. Explore the Three Mills Island area and follow some of The Line, art trail. Re-join the towpath along Limehouse Cut to join the Thames. The ride ends near Tower Bridge
Take the tube back to Euston for homeward journey
You must be a confident cyclist and able to ride in a city environment. Most is traffic free but some back streets. Each rider to pay their way. Bring your own helmet, gloves etc. Bikes can be hired using a debit card or through the Santander app. Apple pay doesn’t work

Ride out via Ebury Way and Grand Union towpath to Harefield for coffee shop stop, return mostly over the same route. One steep hill, but it is short. Bring a lock for your bike for stopping at Harefield
