In 2019 Spokes proposed, to Watford and Hertfordshire Councils, a 6.5 mile walking route around Watford, linking key destinations including the Hospital, Railway Stations, Town Centre and parks. We are delighted that the route is now in place and invite all Cyclists to take part in led rides around the route to celebrate its launch. Suitable for any bike, a good opportunity to try a Beryl bike if you wish.
If you are not a Spokes Member and still wish to join our rides, we do ask that you join us after a maximum 3 rides, for a modest subscription of £12 pa. By joining you have access to all Spokes Rides and Cycling Holidays. Member numbers assist Spokes in influencing the councils in respect of local cycling infrastructure provision.
