A circuit from Dacorum Cycle hub stopping at Stockwood Park near Luton for refreshment, secure locks required as the bikes have to be parked in the rack outside the visitor centre. The route uses the Nickey Line and Upper Lea Valley way, both former railway lines.

22 Miles, Medium Pace best suited to hybrid, MTB or gravel bikes. Limited to 6 riders including Leader.

Follow all government advice. In particular, please ensure you have all you need for the ride including a spare inner tube, pump and essential tools. Aim to be self-sufficient in repairing your bike in the event of punctures etc. Bring a drink for the ride and, if you wish, a snack for the socially distanced refreshment break. Strictly observe the 1-metre rule (not face to face) on the ride, bring and use hand sanitizer. On the ride use handkerchief, tissue or crook of your elbow for coughs, sneezes etc. Do not join us if you suspect or know you have Covid 19 symptoms.

Refreshment Breaks outdoor, in groups no bigger than 6, socially distanced and dependent upon weather and café availability, cafe stops require face covering .
