COVID 19 Precautions.
Follow all government advice. In particular, please ensure you have all you need for the ride including a spare inner tube, pump and essential tools. Aim to be self-sufficient in repairing your bike in the event of punctures etc. Strictly observe the 1-metre rule (not face to face) on the ride, bring and use hand sanitizer. On the ride use handkerchief, tissue or crook of your elbow for coughs, sneezes etc. A face covering is optional. Do not join us if you suspect or know you have Covid 19 symptoms.
If you are not a SPOKES Member and still wish to join our rides during this period of restriction to Members only, please join us for the modest subscription of £12 pa (£3 for subsequent family members in the same household). Details on how to join in “Join SPOKES” tab on this website.
