Route takes in quiet cycle paths and country lanes to a lovely airfield at Elstree. Here we take a break at the on-site cafe to refuel and perhaps watch some take-offs!

Repeated by request! A circular route around Wigginton, Tring, Ivinghoe and Ashridge. A bit of canal towpath and cycle path but mostly quiet roads. Some hills, about 1500 feet of climbing. Refreshment stop part way round.

Cycle on road & tracks though Heronsgate, Chalfont St Giles to Black Park, then onto the Rusty Bike Cafe at Uxbridge. Return though the Colne Valley & Harefield. Includes a walk crossing a busy dual carriageway.
