On October the 6th, 2020, Watford Borough Council, Three Rivers District Council and Hertfordshire County Council held a stakeholders workshop to discuss LCWIPs (Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plans). LCWIP planning is being facilitated by Mott Macdonald, a global engineering, management and development consultancy.
